What Shopping Delights is all about?
     We are an Online Shopping Mall and Personal Shopper.
     We can either do your shopping for you or you can shop yourself.
     We bring you all the Discounts, Promotions, Coupons and Specials from the stores that we represent. It's that simple.

What is the Personal Shopper?
     The Personal Shopper is a free service that does your shopping for you. It's a very simple and easy way for you to shop. Tell us what you are looking for and we do all the leg work for you. We try to find what you want, send you our report about it, then you make your decision to buy it or not. It's entirely up to you and you have no obligation. Learn more about it.

What will I find on Shopping Delights?
     We have approximately 100 stores and companies on our website and growing. On the site you will see special sale items, a list of links directly to the stores, as well as coupons, rebates, promotions, etc. that the stores are offering. It's impossible for us to list every single promotion, but, by clicking on any of the links, that go to the specific store, you will be able to take advantage of everything they are offering.
     One thing to remember. The exclusives. In order to take advantage of these you must click on that specific link or you may not find it on the store website. More about that later.

Why should I bother with Shopping Delights?
     Because we can save you time and money.
     Shopping Delights is a one stop shopping website presenting over 100 (and growing) nationally known stores and companies. You don't have to go searching for each of websites that you may be interested in, they're all here, in one place.
     In additon, we periodically get exclusive offers, discounts, coupons, etc. from the stores and companies we represent, that you won't get if you go directly to the companies website.

What do you sell?
     We don't sell anything ourselves. We present you with the specials, the coupons and the discounts that the stores are offering at this particular time. You will be dealing with and buying directly from the store that is selling that item.

What stores and companies will I find here?
     At present we represent about 100 stores and companies and are regularly adding more.   Our products cover a fairly broad spectrum of items including but not limited to: Apparel, Books, Computers & Electronics, Health & Beauty Aids, Home & Garden Decor, Furniture and Supplies, Jewelry & Watches, Pet Supplies and more.

Who am I buying from?
     You are buying directly with the stores you select. For example, if you select a set of dinnerware that Mikasa has on sale, you will be buying from and dealing with Mikasa. If it's stationary from Staples, it's Staples that you are buying from. We're just putting it all together in one place for you.

Why shouldn't I go directly to the specific websites?
     Because you can probably save money and definitely save time by using Shopping Delights.
     Very often the stores and companies will offer special prices, deals, coupons and promotions to customers that go through Shopping Delights. If you go directly to the specific websites, without going through us, you will not get these specials. We don't know when, or who will make these offers, but there is always some extra savings that you can take advantage of by using us.
     In addition, you can save a lot of time. We are bringing you all the companies to one website. We've tried to set up the site so that it's easy to use and you definitely don't have to go searching, the search engines, to get the web address for the store you're looking for.
     One click is all you need to go, either to the specific site, or to get the promotion, coupon, etc. that they are offering.

What are the Exclusive Offers?
     There are two types if Exclusives that you will very often see on our pages.
1 - The Shopping Delights Exclusive. This is an exclusive offer that you get from the stores and companies only by going through our Shopping Delights website. You will not see these specials if you go directly to the store. They could be, lower prices, coupons, free shipping, etc.
     These "S.D.E.'s" pop up when you least expect them. You won't see them everyday and they won't always be the same store, but we do get them often enough to make it worth your while to check our website regularly.
2 - The Online Exclusive. This is an offer that is only available online. In other words, if you go to the actual freestanding store you will not get that special offer or price. You must buy it online.

How do I use the Shopping Delights website?
     First thing to do is to add www.shoppingdelights.com to your Favorites or Bookmarks.
     Using our website is very easy. Just click on the store or product that you are interested in and it brings you directly to the stores website. Depending upon the store, or the promotion, you will either go directly to the specific item's page to buy it, or you will go to the companies Home page.
     Either way you will be able to take advantage of any Specials that are offered through Shopping Delights.

How do I find what I'm looking for?
     As you can see we have the general product categories listed. Just click on the specific category, that you need and you will go the a page showing all the stores that sell those products. We are in process of creating a product search to make it even easier. Just bear with us until we have that completed.
     We also have two alphabetical listings of the stores. Go to Sitemap and click on the link, which brings you to the specific page on our website, or go to Stores, which links you to the stores/companies website.

How do I use the Coupon Codes?
     That depends upon the specific link. In some cases by clicking on the link the system does everything for you. Generally, you will see the discount or whatever the offer is at checkout.
     In other cases you may have to write down the "Coupon Code" and enter it at checkout.

How do I use the Rebates?
     We either post the specific rebates for a product on our website, within the each stores section, or we will have a link to the specific page on the stores own website. Some stores, such as Computer & Electronics stores, for example, have multitudes of rebate offers, so, unless there is something that is extraordinary, we will guide you right to their page which lists all of them. Then just follow their directions.

What are Sneak Previews?
     Periodically, we are made aware of specific Sales or Promotions that the stores will be offering several days or maybe a week or more in advance. As soon as we find out about these we post them as a "Sneak Preview". This way if you are interested in a particular item you may be able to get it at a better price by waiting a few days.

What about Shipping Charges and Sales Taxes?
     The answer to this question varies depending upon the store, as well as the particular promotion or sale they may be having. Many stores offer free shipping when you buy a certain dollar amount. This amount also varies from store to store. There are also times that the stores may offer free shipping on specific sale items. You should check each stores shipping policies before you make your purchase. Sometimes by spending a additional couple of dollars, you may save much more in shipping charges.
     Sales Taxes are also variable. Some stores do not charge Sales Tax on interstate sales. This is also something that you should check with the particular store.
     In both cases, depending upon the stores policies, the savings could be considerable. Even if you pay more for the product, if you don't have to pay
Shipping charges and Sales Tax you be saving money.

How safe is it to use the Shopping Delights website?
     Simple answer. "Perfectly Safe." We never ask you for any identification, names, credit cards or anything else that is identifiable.
     Any purchase that you make and information that you give to the store/company is strictly between you and them.
     The only thing we will ever ask is for your input, or feedback, and that is completely at your discretion.

Why is there a discrepancy between your website and the store?
     We try to keep our website up to date at all times, however there may be times that the stores make changes without our being aware of them. Although this doesn't happen very often, it does happen and we make the corrections as soon as possible. Please see our Disclaimer page for more detail.

What's in it for Shopping Delights?
     Shopping Delights offers everything it can to save you money. We receive a commission from the stores, only when a purchase is made. There are not any
additional charges to you. It doesn't cost you anything, in fact you get all of the advantages without being charged for it.
     The prices that you pay will never be any more than you will pay if you went directly to the store/company website, in fact wherever possible the prices may be less by going through Shopping
